1.ZHANGZHOU white fungus also "tremella"in its genetic name or "snow fungus" as its common known name. it turns into light yellowish color when it is sun dried .therefore,some people also called it "yellow fungus".the fungus has natural rich and thick collagens,they are easily soften when soak in water,the texture is silky smooth and pure while in color ,it presents as a beautiful translucent and highly characterrized flower.Traditonally it has been classified as one of the precious emperor dishes.

2.method in preparation: soak the funfus in water for 20 minutes, wash under running water after the fungus soft,cut into  pieces and add longan ,locut seed,ginkgo seed ,red dates and some rock sugar ,boil the preparration with water for an hour .It because a delicate fruity flavor ,melting smooth delicious natural dessert and ready to be served.
