1.grind log into small particles,after which it is mixed with cane sugar and potato thoroughly and sealed the mixture into a cultivating bay. The mushroom pores are planted on these cultivting bags.Due to low humidity and cold weather ,the surface of mushrooms will crack as they gro.RPremium mushrooms are those with high density if irregular cracked surfaces,thick and circular in shape ,easily softened in water,high in fibres and vitamins.It is recommended to add into soup or stir-fried with vegetables.

2.preparation:

                    wash in water

                     soak in warm water

                     soak untill it expand

                     remove the stem

                      it can cook with any meats and vegetable
