1.tremella /fungus dish was one of  the popular nutritious preparations found in carious chinese imperial courts.it was received in different dynasties as a tribute. It is suitable for four seasons due to its moisturising and high nutritious characteristies. it has beautitying effect .it promotes the secretion of body fluid and clears heat .it is regarded as a precious preparation prolong puality of life.
