1.logs mushroom also known as Duan Mu Gu .It is usually cultivated in the forest.Thus ,it is regarded as forest mushroom.They are mainly cultivated in northern china.It requires long cultivating period,and it's cultivated quantity is scarce .The superior quanlity logs mushroom is called flower-petal mushroom.Logs mushroom white less distinctive flower-petal top is called tea flower mushroom.Logs mushroom has a strong fragrance and its texture is thick and tender .It contains dietary fiber and a good blend of vitamins and minerals.Dried logs mushroom needs to soaked for 1 to 25 hours before use it. It can be used for strifry ,soup ,stew of steam.

2.preparation:   wash it clean

                     soak it in warm water

                     soak utill expand

                     remove the stem
